Limpahan traffic dari bing.com search engine besutan Microsoft

Apakah Anda juga mengalaminya?

Pekan ini saya terkena shock traffic. Salah satu situs yang saya garap tiba-tiba melonjak trafficnya hampir 2 kali lipat. Setelah saya lihat statistic website tersebut ternyata sumber peningkatan pengunjung itu datang dari bing.com sebuah search engin besutan Microsoft.

Kagetnya lagi, di bing.com situs yang saya garap berada di halaman pertama hasil pencarian dengan keywords utama yang ingin saya tembak yang belum juga sukses nongol di halaman pertama hasil pencarian melalui google.

Sebetulnya diluncurkannya bing.com dalam sekala yang luas sangat diluar dugaan. Berikut sedikit adu mulut antara Google dan Bing.com di twiiter

Matt Cutts: @bing okay. First web result was from 2008 instead of 2009, even with 2009 in query: http://bit.ly/SToK1 . Google nails it.

Ego search …

Cuma saya rada nggak suka dengan bing.com untuk ego search. Website saya ini nggak nongol di halaman pertama bahkan profile Facebook saya juga nggak ketemu.

    Btw, ternyata adu mulut antara orang Google dengan Bing ramai juga ya. Dari adu mulut terus menjadi adu teknologi. Akankah Bing bisa mengalahkan Google?

    7. Kalo trafik melonjak, bandwidth ikutan boros nggak sih? soalnya akhir2 ini jatah bandwidthku kebobolan terus.
